King and Country - Croisés & Sarrasins
"King and Country" a développé une série qui reprend la période des quatre premières croisades de 1095-1204. Le style propre à cette marque est bien affirmé. Une peinture matte, des poses dynamiques, l'échelle au 1/30. Les tenues de certains croisés sont fantaisistes, en revanche les sarrasins sont superbes, notamment les boucliers qui sont magnifiques. K&C a regroupé les différents types de guerriers musulmans sous le vocable sarrasins. Un accent a été mis plus particulièrement sur la 3 ième croisade qui a vu s'affronter deux chefs légendaires; Richard Coeur de Lion et le kurde Salah-al-Dinibn, plus connu sous le nom de Saladin. Les nouvelles techniques de marketing font que les figrines sont produites en nombre limité. Cela a pour conséquence que les premières références sont souvent épuisées. Machines de guerre et décors complètent la série afin de réaliser des dioramas complets.
